COVID-19 Information

Please be aware that there is a potential risk of transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19) as a result of attending a face-to-face class, even outdoors. I have put in place the following measures to help minimise that risk.

Please do not attend an outdoor class if:

  • You have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days, such as a high temperature, a new continuous cough, loss or change in your sense of smell or taste or any flu-like symptoms (e.g. sore throat, achiness, fatigue).

  • You are currently self isolating or living with anyone who is self isolating with COVID-19 symptoms

  • You have returned from abroad in the past 14 days.

When attending an outdoor class, please:

  • Pay in advance by bank transfer or by posting a cheque to me (I will not be accepting payment at the classes). See the Pricing page for more information on payments.

  • Check the Class Timetable page of my website for updates before leaving home to attend

  • Maintain social distancing at all times (at least 2m).

  • Wear a face covering or mask if you would like to do so.

  • Wear or bring plenty of layers to keep you warm and dry.

  • Bring your own water with you to keep hydrated, especially when it is hot.
