If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible.
Cancellation policy:
Less than 24 hours' notice - 50% of the cost of the treatment (or if booked through the business benefits site Heka the appointment is forfeited)
Missed appointment with no notice - full cost of the treatment.
I will also give you as much notice as possible if I need to cancel an appointment and will reschedule for as soon as it is appropriate and mutually convenient to do so.
