Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing coaching is about supporting you to get from where you are to where you want to be in terms of your wellbeing. It is primarily future focused and goal oriented. It is also non-directive, drawing on your inner wisdom rather than telling you what to do. Of course, we don’t know what we don’t know, so I can offer suggestions if appropriate, for example a book recommendation; a link to a website, podcast or video; recommending a particular therapy; or a referral to another practitioner for specialist support. Wellbeing coaching takes a holistic approach, looking at the eight key areas of life: nutritional health, finances, emotional health, environment, lifestyle and pace, relationships, movement and life purpose.

My role is as a non-judgemental facilitator and supporter for you, helping you to set goals and explore how to achieve them. Coaching can be online via Zoom or in-person at my home in Caversham.
